Icarus Project is operated by Executive Health Systems Pte. Ltd. This policy explains how we handle your personal information when you purchase and use The Blood Audit™ + Founder Review.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to deliver the service:
- Contact details, such as your name, email address and phone number
- Your answers to our health questionnaire
- Your blood test results
- Biometric data you choose to share with us
How we use it
Your information is used only to deliver the service: arranging your blood referral, preparing your Blood Audit report and strategy, running your Founder Review and providing email support.
Sensitive health information
Health information is treated as sensitive information and kept confidential. Access is limited to the people who need it to deliver your service.
Storage and sharing
Your data is stored securely and is never sold. We only share it with our pathology lab partner, and, if you book a consult, with our partner doctors.
Access and deletion
You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing ceo@icarus-project.com.
